2 = Death Notice, In Memoriam or Legal Notice

3 = Help Wanted, The Job Network

4 =Rental, Sale of a Home, Commercial Property

5=Customer Service Questions regarding Classified ads

6=Non classified; digital display, in paper display, direct marketing, mobile

7= Reader with concerns regarding subscription, e-edition, TV book
